head_shot_02Andrew is passionate about high quality education and has seven years of experience supporting teaching at tertiary level. He has qualifications in history and biotechnology and specialises in the life sciences.

Andrew has undertaken private research on behalf of individuals and organisations in a diverse range of interests including family history, biology and sport.

Andrew has visited a large number of the developed countries and keeps himself informed of world affairs.

Andrew is a member of the Bayside Kangaroos Orienteering Club and Orienteering Victoria.  He participates in the disciplines of bush orienteering and street orienteering regularly. Andrew is also a member of the Victorian Rogaining Association.

Andrew has participated in 10 Great Victorian Bike Rides and 3 Great Tasmanian Bike Rides and is always looking forward to the next ride.

Andrew also enjoys ballroom dancing, researching social and family history, and watching documentaries.

Establishing The Guidance Factor

Andrew has established The Guidance Factor because he wants to make a difference.  He has a fantastic general knowledge and has enjoyed his time as an educator. Andrew wants to reach out and offer help and support to all students. He believes that his feedback and advice will benefit the students who care about how they are performing and who strive to do their best.

Andrew’s aim is to help students achieve their goals.

This website is designed to allow each student to receive personalised support and advice. Each student who registers can access their Homework Hub where they can upload files for review/assistance/discussion.

Help and advice is offered at minimum cost, so that as many people as possible can benefit.

We use an online interactive service delivery model. You can send as a question or ask for help 24 hours a day and we will respond within a reasonable time frame.

A student’s work is reviewed using credits which can purchased via PayPal®. Credits do not expire.  The prices displayed are the price you pay. There are no extra fees (your bank may charge you standard credit card processing fees) to pay. There are no contracts or commitments. You may use our service as little or as often as you wish.

We are not restricted to using classroom-based teaching methods. We endeavour to provide simple explanations in response to your requests.

Our philosophy prevents us from supplying students with work that is not their own to submit as their own, without their involvement in the task. We believe that effective learning must be something which is driven by the students themselves.
